What happens if I exceed the Fair-Use limits on Pro?
Pro's soft caps (5,000 calls/day, 150,000 calls/month) trigger a warning email and temporary rate throttling, not an immediate hard block. Sustained overage may result in an upsell prompt or, in extreme abuse cases, account suspension pending review. The hard rate limit is 60 calls per minute.
Do you offer a free trial?
We do not offer a free tier. Instead, every subscription starts at 50% off for the first month and includes a 14-day money-back guarantee. If Kyntra is not a fit, request a full refund within 14 days of purchase — no questions asked.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your dashboard. You retain access until the end of your current billing period. No cancellation fees.
Which AI assistants do you support?
Phase 1 targets Claude Code via its native hooks. Support for Cursor, Windsurf, and other AI coding assistants is planned. Our enforcement layer is assistant-agnostic — only the client adapter differs.
Do you process payments in KRW?

Is my source code sent to your servers?
No. The hook adapter sends metadata about AI tool calls (event type, file paths, command strings, diffs when applicable) — not entire repositories. Governance decisions are computed on the minimum data required and discarded after logging for Fair-Use accounting. Details in our Privacy Policy.
