1. Summary
We want you to be satisfied with Kyntra. If you are not, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first subscription purchase, no questions asked. Beyond that window, refunds are generally not provided, but you can cancel your subscription at any time to stop future charges.
In plain English: try Kyntra for two weeks. If it doesn't work for you, email us and we'll refund your first payment in full.
2. 14-day money-back guarantee
Every new Kyntra subscription (Starter or Pro) includes a 14-day money-back guarantee starting from the date of your initial purchase. Within this window:
- You may request a full refund of your first payment for any reason.
- No justification is required. We will not ask why you are cancelling.
- The refund covers the first-month amount you actually paid (including any promotional discount such as the first-month 50% off).
- Your account will be cancelled and access revoked on the refund date.
3. How to request a refund
Email contact@kyntra.ai.kr from the email address associated with your Kyntra account. Include:
- The subject line
Refund request. - Your Paddle order ID or the email address on the invoice.
- Optional: a short note about what didn't work (helps us improve — but not required).
We aim to process refund requests within 3 business days. Once approved, Paddle will reverse the charge on the original payment method. The amount typically appears on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
4. Exclusions
The 14-day money-back guarantee does not apply in the following situations:
- The 14-day window has elapsed since your initial purchase.
- This is not your first Kyntra subscription (e.g., you previously cancelled and re-subscribed).
- Your account has been suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service (e.g., abuse of Fair-Use limits, attempted circumvention of rate limits, fraudulent activity).
- The subscription is on its second or later billing cycle (renewal charges are non-refundable; see Section 5).
Refunds for edge cases outside this policy are handled at our sole discretion. We will always try to be fair.
5. Cancellation vs refund
Cancellation and refund are different actions:
- Cancellation stops future renewals. You retain access to Kyntra until the end of your current paid billing period. No money is returned. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard or by emailing support.
- Refund returns money already paid for the current period. After the 14-day window on your first purchase, refunds are generally not available for renewal charges.
If Kyntra is not working for you and you are outside the 14-day window, simply cancel. You will not be charged again at the next renewal.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Most issues can be resolved quickly and amicably via email. Unilateral chargebacks cost both parties significant fees and may result in account termination and a permanent ban from future service.
7. Paddle as Merchant of Record
Payments for Kyntra are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd., which acts as our Merchant of Record. This means Paddle is legally the seller for each transaction and is responsible for collecting and remitting applicable taxes (VAT, GST, sales tax) in your jurisdiction.
When a refund is issued, it is executed by Paddle on our instruction. The refund reverses the original charge, including any taxes paid.
